How these numbers are worked out

Rolls and packs are the area divided by each product's coverage, rounded up. Membranes use the coverage after laps from the manufacturer's technical statement where it gives one.
Flashing tape is the full perimeter of each opening.
SmartVap laps are taped: rolls are 1.5 m wide, so about 1 m of tape for every 1.5 m² of membrane.
Nothing is added for waste unless you set an allowance.
