The high air & water vapour resistance of the two-layer polyolefin non-woven membrane resists the flow of vapour by both diffusion and air movement through wall, ceiling and floor assemblies thus helping protect the building fabric and insulation from condensation and related problems such as mould, timber rot, corrosion and loss of thermal resistance. ProctorPassive Wraptite-SA consists of triple layer polyolefin textile with a proprietary acrylic moisture vapour permeable adhesive and release liner. It combines the best properties of a vapour permeable membrane and a self adhesive water and air barrier in one innovative self-adhering product. Use of highly vapour permeable self-adhesive membranes decreases installation times when compared to mechanically fastened membrane systems and is suitable for residential, commercial and high rise buildings.

CodeMark Certified, ProctorPassive SmartVap 100 (SmartVap) is a two layer AS4200.1 compliant light duty air barrier and variable vapour diffusion resistance retarder. The functional layer of SmartVap is a polyamide film. Such films passively adjust vapour diffusion resistance depending on the humidity where located. The polyamide absorbs water vapour from the air, opening the molecular pores thus adjusting vapour diffusion resistance according to ambient humidity conditions.
